Exterior Application Procedures

Step 1: Initial Onsite Exterior Inspection.

Mold Solutions of Minnesota's certified technicians thoroughly inspect the property to ensure that windows are not in and that building wrap has not been attached. Technicians carefully note any areas of concern on the exterior of the property related to existing mold or excess moisture. Mold Solutions of Minnesota's technicians take moisture tests and tempature readings to ensure the proper application environment outside. A detailed report of these valuable findings is provided to the customer. In the event existing mold is discovered, it is eradicated through Microbe Guard's exclusive MMR treatment that kills and removes mold on contact.

Step 2: Poly Areas Not Requiring Antimicrobial Treatment.

This step is only necessary if windows and doors are already installed on the property. If installed, all windows and doors are meticulously protected with poly. This painstaking process ensures that our antimicrobial treatment will in no way trap dirt, fingerprints or other unwanted marks.

Step 3: Application of Microbe Guard Antimicrobials. 

Mold Solutions of Minnesota's certified technicians are thoroughly trained in the art of applying antimicrobials. Microbe Guard antimicrobials are applied to all exterior sheeting on the property.

Step 4: Post-application Inspection. 

A thorough post-application inspection is conducted to ensure proper application of the Microbe Guard antimicrobials. After approving the application, Mold Solutions of Minnesota's certified technicians post a completion certificate that includes the signature and certification number of the authorized technician who performed the services.
