Step 1: Inititial Onsite Cleanliness Inspection. Certified technicians thoroughly inspect each facet of the property to ensure that it has been professionally cleaned to Mold Solutions of Minnesota's application process standards. This level of cleanliness is critical to ensure the Microbe Guard antimicrobial treatment will not trap dirt, fingerprints or any other unwanted marks. Step 2: Application of Duralast Antimicrobial. Mold Solutions of Minnesota's certified technicians are thoroughly trained in the art of applying Microbe Guard antimicrobials. Duralast is applied to the entire interior of the cleaned property covering cabinets, walls, windows, floors, bath fixtures and all other areas. One technician applies the Duralast while the other follows and wipes down all treated areas, not including the walls and carpets, to ensure the proper amount of antimicrobial coverage. The Duralast antimicrobial provides an invisible, durable microbiostatic surface to all areas where it has been applied, preventing growth of mold, algae, bacteria and fungi. Duralast is safe for all surfaces as it is non-flammable, dries quickly, and has no bleaching effect during or after application. Step 3: Post-Duralast Antimicrobial Application Procedure. After the Duralast antimicrobial application process has been completed, the technician posts a notice stating when the property will be completly dry and re-entry can occur without concern of negatively impacting the application process. After approving the application treatment, Mold Solutions of Minnesota's certified technicians also post a completion certificate. This certificate includes the signature and certification number of the authorized technician who performed the services. |
