What is Mold?
Mold is a naturally occurring airborne micro-organism who’s purpose is to decompose organic materials. It comes in many colors and can often be detected by a musty order.

Mold can be found anywhere in your property, but is most common in area’s such as attics, wall cavities, exterior sheeting, kitchens, basements, laundry rooms, crawl spaces, bathrooms, ventilation systems or anywhere there has been a moisture occurrence.

If a moisture intrusion has occurred or if mold is discovered in the Finished Interior of anexisting structure the water and mold damaged items such as carpet, sheet rock, etc must be removed to ensure full abatement of the mold can occur. The materials that can be salvaged are sanitized and ready to be re-used and the materials that cannot be salvaged are sanitized and disposed of. Once the remaining surfaces requiring treatment have ALL been fully exposed a sanitizer is applied to these “newly exposed” surfaces to kill existing mold and a preventative is applied to prevent the mold from reoccurring.
